We are looking for a Cologne based Head of Commercial Steering (m/f/d) to coordinate global growth and profitability initiatives along HRS solutions and platforms. Lead a central team our Cologne-base HQ to develop and implement revenue growth strategies across our global markets. 


Your challenges

  • Build and continuously optimize an interconnected growth and profitability model between all HRS solutions in collaboration with senior management
  • Support projects such as shaping new commercial models, driving new market entries and steering the professionalization of the HRS Group
  • Identify core KPIs that drive strategic growth and monetization initiatives and ensure continous measurement and interpretation
  • Derive and continuously update a topline forecast based on current run rates and business activities in execution
  • Take ownership of strategic projects and workstreams within the HRS Group from concept to realization
  • Lead a Commercial steering team of 4 people and quickly assume a high level of responsibility

For this exciting mission you are equipped with…

  • An outstanding academic degree in Business studies or similar
  • Ideally 5-7 years of experience in either a consultancy, sales steering or corporate development related role
  • Passionate about delivering coherent and data-driven analyses
  • Conceptual, analytical, and structured way of working
  • Eagerness to solve complex tasks in interdisciplinary teams
  • Passion about working in a pragmatic and results-oriented environment
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written (German a plus)
