As a Partner Support Specialist (m/f/d), you support and advise our customers and partners out of the the tourism industry on the online booking system for holiday accommodation.


  • Acceptance and processing (by telephone or e-mail) of support requests
  • Advising our agencies and hosts in the B2B sector on our products and services
  • Creating handouts for our customers and testing new functionalities and features
  • Checking the feasibility of customer requests and working out possible solutions together with the specialist departments
  • Processing all areas of our booking service: Cancellations, rebookings, complaints and claims


  • Commercial or tourism training, career changer from the hotel industry, travel agency or tourist information
  • Accurate, independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Quick perception, structured work, solution-oriented thinking, willingness to learn and ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to travel to inter-location meetings and events
  • Confident use of MS Office and affinity with the Internet and technology
  • Fluent in German and good written and spoken English

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual bonus.
