POSITION

We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) who will support our Berlin-based team.

CHALLENGE

  • Be the good soul of our office - you organize all office operations, including ordering supplies and equipment, maintenance, and errands.
  • Document and enable effective processes for all workplace-related procedures and drive process optimization.
  • Be a champion for our culture - you assist in the onboarding process for new hires, organize community events and engage our team.
  • Assist our Berlin-based team in various projects, e.g. office design, community networking, and more - we'd love to hear your ideas!

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • Currently enrolled student with a minimum of six months left to study.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • You have a high sense of responsibility, work independently, and can work on several tasks simultaneously.
  • Approach new tasks proactively and pragmatically.
  • Communicate confidently in German (minimum B2) and English.
