POSITION

In this role you have the chance to join a highly motivated CRM team, which works on a global level to bring the HRS organization and its employees forward. As CRM Inhouse Consultant / Product Owner CRM Microsoft Dynamics (m/f/d) you will use your skills and expertise to help shape the future and direction on the Dynamics 365 platform within the organization. You will define new and improved Sales, Customer Success & Marketing processes within CRM and evaluate new features as we migrate from MS Dynamics On-Premise to MS Dynamics CRM Cloud.

CHALLENGE

  • Conception of optimized Sales, Customer Success & Marketing CRM processes: together with the departments, you will develop new or optimize existing CRM processes that optimally contribute to the defined goals by using identified levers
  • Lead workshops with our Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to understand and document their business requirements and find the best technical and user friendly solutions
  • Translating requirements into epics and stories in a product backlog.
  • Prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog to derive a clear product roadmap from it
  • Manage the agile sprint development process and release planning
  • Identification of automation potential 
  • Drive the development of appropriate training material and support stakeholders with user acceptance testing
  • Provide a smooth handover of developed processes to stakeholders and support the monitoring of user adoption through CRM reports and dashboards

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • A degree in business computer science, informatics, business administration, mathematics or a comparable qualification.
  • Expert knowledge of Cloud-Native products, SaaS solutions, Microservice concepts as well as their implementation.
  • Experience in working with MS Dynamics 365 CRM Cloud and ideally appropriate Microsoft certificates.
  • Excellent consulting skills and communication skills at all levels, customer-centric orientation, as well as the ability to be assertive.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, flexible, quality-and customer oriented team player which incorporates the agile values in our daily work.
  • Excellent analytical abilities with a strong agile mindset, high degree of willingness to be proactively engaged with a hands-on mentality.
  • Very good project management capabilities, and commercial awareness.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English, Skills in German (nice to have)

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
