We are looking for a "Chief Growth Officer (m/f/d)" for the Payment Unit of the HRS Group consisting of over 100 employees globally. Locations of our payment legal entities span currently from Berlin to Cologne to Bamberg and to Ho-chi-minh city. Our product solutions are deployed in all major operating markets of the HRS Group panning across all continents. As a business leader you are part of the management board of the HRS Payment Solution and work closely with our CEO to execute our go-to-market strategy in collaboration with our global market teams. 


Your Challenges

  • You need to build and execute our go-to-market strategies on a global scale in collaboration with HRS existing market teams and should also establish a global network of ecosystem partnerships from bank partners, Expense Management, VAT reclaim providers and others in order to scale our market leading fin-tech solution in the corporate travel space.
  • On our customer side we are working with the Fortune500 of this planet including companies such as Amazon, Siemens, VW, Alibaba, Tencent and we need to make sure that we establish also into the finance and accounting discipline sustainable networks
  • HRS Payment solution will also offer its solution to the global corporate travel industry thus expanding our solutions reach and building partnerships will also be part of the role
  • Take responsibility for a deep understanding of the organisation’s business operations, drivers, strategies and success measures to recommend improvements and provide support to ensure long term growth and sustainability
  • Drive innovation: Create and foster an environment that encourages fresh perspectives, exploration of breakthrough ideas and new paradigms that create value for the group. Help develop, evaluate, and structure creative new ideas for growth and company impact


Your commitment

  • A master's degree or equivalent business experience and 5+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in the Fintech, digital payment platform solution industry
  • Professional track record of exceptional performance in similar positions
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced and agile entrepreneurial environment where hands-on mentality and problem-solving capabilities are of utmost importance
  • Ability to implement and achieve a compelling vision for the future with actionable plans to achieve long-term objectives, while holding strict accountability for meeting tactical objectives and commitments
  • Substantial leadership experience, providing guidance and leadership in terms of building organisational capability and in providing the best possible structures and processes. 
  • Fluent English language skill, in written and spoken
