Payment Solution Consultant (m/f/d)

Today we work globally with the Fortune 500, such as Google, China Mobile, Amazon, Siemens, Hitachi, Alibaba, Volkswagen, WorldBank.

We are looking for a Germany based Payment Solution Consultant (m/f/d) with passion for delivering great results in order to ensure our further growth as well as the successful launch of our new product.  

 

Your challenges

  • Consult our existing and newly acquired partners in all our HRS Payment Solutions and maintain an excellent professional relationship with your internal and external stakeholders
  • Show a high quality project management approach to minimize the sales cycle and maximize the quality of the payment implementation
  • Align with the German Sales Team on Payment Sales and Payment Consultancy
  • With your in-depth knowledge in the virtual payment field, be the first person of contact for any questions relevant to it both externally and internally
  • Be responsible for strategic decisions, which are going to ensure the success of the implementation of our software
  • Be a sparring partner for the C-Level Management and guide along with them our global expansion
  • Ensure that all payment market related updates and standards are documented, up-to-date & made available to the organization
  • Regularly provide training sessions to foster the payment knowledge within Germany

 

Your commitment

  • University degree in business administration or equivalent studies
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a Payment Expert role, ideally in a fast pacing environment
  • Background in mobile banking and data protection, preferably coming from a fintech company, expertise in Corporate Lodging would be a plus
  • Vast experience in B2B Sales and Virtual Cash Management / Virtual Accounts
  • Solid understanding of PSD2, PCI DSS
  • Profound experience in Business Development and Go-To market strategy
  • Ability to conduct research and create reports based on the relevant data mostly with business orientation
  • Hands-on Mentality and strong negotiation skills
  • Passion for delivering high quality results
  • Native German speaker and excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
