Today we work globally with the Fortune 500, such as Google, China Mobile, Amazon, Siemens, Hitachi, Alibaba, Volkswagen, WorldBank.

We are looking for a Germany home office based Account Manager (m/f/d) to partner with corporate customers and deliver best in class solutions for their business travelers.
 

Your challenges

  • Expand the existing B2B relations in Germany and acquire new clients to drive revenue growth in your defined portfolio
  • Actively support and consult our corporate clients on-site
  • Act as an interface between our clients and our headquarter in Cologne
  • Take responsibility regarding KPI & BI analysis as well as conversion rate optimization of partner integration
  • Coordinate and implement the technical integration of our B2B clients in coordination with IT and product management
  • Take responsibility for the content integration and quality control of the respective partner

 

Your commitment

  • A commercial or technical degree
  • Profound professional experience in customer support, account and project management, preferably in the travel industry
  • Ability to analyze and understand client situations by using CRM systems
  • Strong negotiation skills and high performance orientation
  • High self-motivation and the ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Experience in initiating positive contact and maintaining lasting relations in B2B business
  • Fluency in German and advanced level in English, spoken and written
