BUSINESS TRAVEL CLUB

The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is based on the Commerce platforms of the well-known hotel portal businesses of HRS.de and HOTEL.DE that transform into much more than “just” a platform: BTC provides its members, individual business travelers and SMEs, with a distinct range of exclusive services, which shape tomorrow´s safe, sustainable and upgraded travel experience. The primary purpose of BTC is to create loyalty between HRS and its customers. We envision a Prime like system for Business Travelers, where members get on “golden handcuffs” in exchange for superior benefits and services. Thus, the Club and its products, plays an important role in HRS´s DACH strategy as it revolves around a disruption of the interplay between hotel and workplace supply and e-commerce and a domination of the Business Travel DACH market.

POSITION

In the responsible position of the Audience Manager (m/f/d), the future position holder is responsible for optimizing the targeting on our marketing activities.
As an Audience Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data, define audience groups and translate these learning into well suited cross-channel campaigns. As a result we will optimize all marketing activities and will steer our multichannel campaigns even more efficient.
The position is located as an important interface between the requirements and needs of customers and business partners and collaborates closely with product development, data and marketing.

CHALLENGE

  • Working closely with Audience Acquisition, Automation, and Data Analytics teams to create a 360 ° customer view across all channels, data integrations and analysis to better understand customer behaviour
  • Use and understand data and performance KPIs to build a targeting that enables us to connect with most relevant audiences
  • Manage collection of audience data across and enable development of audience targeted ad solutions
  • Lead customer segment creation to be used by our advertising solutions by leveraging audience data
  • Work with regulatory and policy teams, ensuring data usage and privacy compliance
  • Own the audience orchestration process for sharing audiences between channels and monitor the health of audiences
  • Analysis of the customer structure and behavior (customer journey) on the website and all digital marketing channels
  • You observe how we can improve our audience management processes by using innovative methods or new technologies

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • A successfully completed university degree, preferably in the field of business administration
  • A data driven profile who is also commercially minded, with strong analytical skills. Experience creating dashboards for metrics reporting
  • Experience in Digital Marketing
  • Strong experience of planning, executing and delivering Marketing Campaigns
  • Superb Project Management skills
  • Hands-on experience managing an initiative from start to finish
  • Google Analytics knowledge preferable
  • Eager to learn and experiment and not afraid to fail
  • Able to self-analyse failures and put required solutions in place in order to improve
  • German language skills would be a bonus but not required
