We are looking for a Cologne or Berlin based Digital Optimization Manager (f/m/d)  to join our Marketing Content team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your challenges

  • Develop and execute the optimisation strategy for all HRS platforms focussed on the key KPI.
  • Monitor and analyse web performance (Adobe, GA, ContentSquare) to understand user behaviour.
  • Use data insights and best-practise experience to develop hypothesis.
  • Methodically test hypothesis via A/B or multi variant testing and create targeting initiatives using Dynamic Yield.
  • Ensure proper tracking and report and communicate test results and findings.
  • Maintain documentation and a roadmap of A/B test initiatives and personalisation campaigns.
  • Create detailed briefs, including audiences, rules and wireframes where necessary.
  • Work closely with UX/UI to commission designs for the tests.
  • Collaborate closely with internal DY developer to set up templates and tests.
  • Collaborate closely with Content and Sales to merchandise content and promotions on the HRS sites with the goal to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Content & Performance teams to ensure all marketing communications (email, PPC messages, Display ads, purchase notifications etc.) are tightly linked with the HRS merchandising strategy.

Your commitment

  • Plenty of hands-on digital optimisation experience and knows what a good customer journey looks like.
  • Familiar with A/B and MVT testing and tools.
  • Analytical mind-set and familiar with web analytic tools (Adobe, GA)
  • Results-orientated and able to interpret data and use this to fuel your strategic decision making.
  • Self-motivated with can-do attitude, confident and comfortable in making quick decisions.
  • Fluent proficiency in English
  • HTML, CSS & JavaScript knowledge desirable
