Manager Affiliate Finance (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Cologne based Manager Affiliate Finance (m/f/d) to join our team of dedicated professionals.

Your challenges

• Take responsibility for the correct calculation of refunds for the different customers and distribution partners of HRS (revenue shares & kickbacks)
• Analyze contracts and ensure the correct “translation” into calculation / accounting processes  
• Monitoring and prioritizing tasks and duties within the team
• Act as an intermediary between Business and IT and define requirements to further automize the process with our ERP system
• Act as sparring partner for our sales or new business teams and our legal department regarding conclusion and implementation of new contracts
• Supporting our HRS colleague with any question related to Revenue Share

Your commitment

• At minimum completed bachelor in Economics (ideally Finance & Accounting / Controlling / Management)
• 3 years+ of professional experience in dealing with general commercial topics, preferably refunds like revenue share, kickbacks etc.
• Expertise of SAP FI/CO, ideally SAP S4 /Hana, Navision
• Self-initiative and assertiveness, strong analytic focus, strong communication and presentation skills
• Good MS Office skills
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
