We are looking for a Cologne based Front Office Manager (m/f/d) who overseas and manages the reception area to ensure welcoming and efficient operations.

 

Your challenges

  • Managing the front office team
  • Provide a great first impression to guests and customers as a first contact person
  • Welcome and serve guests in person, via mail and over the phone
  • Coordinate and manage with external service providers (facility management, catering, etc.)
  • Manage in-house conference rooms, postal services and parking spaces
  • Create and execute new processes and establish standards in office management

 

Your commitment

  • Completion of high school or its equivalent
  • A natural passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Proactive and friendly attitude combined with good manners, maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast moving environment while maintaining the overview
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to take the initiative
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
  • Fluency in German and in English, both spoken and written
