We are looking for a Cologne based HR Compensation Specialist (m/f/d) to lead our HR and payroll life cycle services, serving all HRS employees within Germany and international (apprx. 1500 employees).


Your challenges

  • Ensure world class end-to-end transactional HR administration associated with the employee lifecycle
  • Be the contact person to our external payroll provider ADP
  • Be the internal contact person for our employees for pay slip related questions
  • Prepare and process the remuneration data and bonuses
  • Continuously review and act on system improvements, which would support a more efficient and self-service process
  • HR Operation and System management 

Your commitment

  • Track record of delivering high quality Group Payroll services
  • Experience in developing and introducing standard workflows where appropriate across all aspects of HR services 
  • Ability to create a clear picture for users as to the service they receive, the processes and the performance of those services 
  • Knowledge of SAAS HR Systems (such as SAP Success Factors) 
  • Capability of being resilient, facing challenges and being tenacious in delivering high quality outcomes for users 
  • You are familiar with HR guidelines, including working time guidelines and health and safety regulations
  • Fluency in German and English, spoken and written
