POSITION
We are looking for a PS Operation Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team of dedicated professionals.
CHALLENGE
- Actively support our HR Business Partner Team with administrative tasks, such as contract and addendum management, certificates and diverse employee requests
- Preparation and edits of reference letter for current and former employees
- Support in managing working students with time sheets, payroll and answering questions
- Support our monthly Check In for New Joiners
- Office management: ordering office supplies, mail processing, archiving and administration
- Support of data maintenance/data upload to the HR system SAP Success Factors
- Maintain and update internal company documents (organizational charts, intranet articles, personnel files, email lists, excel files/confluence)
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
- Student in the field of Economics, Business Psychology, IT
- Fluency in German, spoken and written and good command of English; additional languages are welcome
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Drive to get things done

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE
The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
