Intern Projects & Operation (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Cologne based  Intern Projects & Operation (m/f/d) to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and support us to roll out our transformation projects in our global Recruiting team.

Your challenges

• Own your projects to drive our transformation and business optimization
• Provide support in the roll out of all Recruiting related processes
• Support in roll-out of automation projects (AI based solutions)
• Work in close cooperation with recruiters, HR business partners, development  and business stakeholders to identify and maintain changes
• Communicate recruiting data/processes and progress to relevant stakeholders

 Your commitment

• Student at a university or university of applied sciences with preferred field of study: Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields to project management
• First experience with project management
• Drive, ability to work independently and structured
• Fluency in German and English, spoken and written
