CHALLENGE
- Support in the quality area with the evaluation of data and creation of a measurement catalogue to improve our performance in customer service
- Optimization, creation and presentation of all central customer processes in cooperation with the corresponding team colleagues
- Maintaining and updating the knowledge base for our service agents
- Participation in our internal team meetings to support current projects and take over the documentation and tracking of progress, taking over your own projects

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
- Initial experience in customer service or commercial apprenticeship
- Ability to concentrate and good communication skills (when it comes to difficult situations)
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel are desirable
