We are looking for a Cologne based Working Student - Learning & Development (m/f/d) to join our People Solutions team on our mission to create an outstanding employee experience with a culture of continous learning in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.  

CHALLENGE

• support our L&D academy projects
• manage administrative tasks around trainings and participation management
• manage content on our SAP success factors platform
• take care of communication channels in order to promote learning opportunities and to engage employees
• communication within internal stakeholder

• student in the field of communication, marketing, hr 
• passion for learning and people 
• ability to work independently, reliably, diligently and well structured 
• strong communication skills in German and English required (C1/C2)
