 We are looking for a Cologne based Junior Implementation Manager M&G (m/f/d) who identifies customers' needs and further develops existing and potential MICE Solutions products.

 

Your challenges

  • Implement current and future MICE Solutions  (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions)  products for our corporate clients on a global level     
  • Assist any implementation or technical requests involving the HRS Meeting Solution
  • Analyze and adapt the processes and products based on the market development and our clients’ needs
  • Manage the cooperation with the local MICE Solution Expert to create a customer centric MICE solution
  • Update our product according to our client, internal and global requirements permanently
  • Be the contact person for colleagues and clients regarding technical difficulties

 

Your commitment 

  • Experience in working in a sales or consulting role within the B2B travel industry, ideally in project management
  • Ability to break down ‘the big picture’ into clear and precise product requirements and specifications
  • Strong analytical skills with a clear and logical mindset and rapid comprehension of international challenges
  • A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work under time pressure
  • Customer-oriented skillset and pro-teamwork attitude to achieve business goals
  • Excellent communication skills: understanding pain and gain of the customer and presenting best possible solutions
  • Fluency in German and English, spoken and written
