We are looking for a Cologne based Manager Rate Audit and Adoption (m/f/d) who will be responsible of the full Audit process  for our national and international corporate customers.

 

Your challenges

  • Responsibility for the operational implementation and technical and procedural development of the HRS service
  • Processing of the audit results, verification of the data in the respective systems (HRS Corporate Booking Portal, global GDS systems) and corresponding communication to hotel chains and hotels
  • Advising our hotel partners on issues relating to rate loadings and bookability in German and English
  • Build and maintain a fruitful relationship with the HRS internal stakeholders as well as to the travel managers of HRS corporate customers
  • Prepare regular reporting of audit overviews and subsequent prioritization and coordination of other audit activities
  • Improvement of external tools in cooperation with IT/product development with a view to more efficient work processes


Your commitment

  • A commercial education, preferably in the travel industry, or in business administration
  • First professional experience in the hotel industry and / or within the B2B travel industry will be an advantage
  • Good MS Excel skills
  • Bindingness, self-responsible work as well as customer and result orientation combined with very good communicative skills
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work under time pressure
  • Ability to manage hotel and customer expectations
  • High level of flexibility and good organization
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
