As a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you develop and manage marketing activities, both online and offline. You pull all the strings as an internal and external interface. You're passionate about online marketing and handling KPIs is a piece of cake for you. Lead generation on all channels is your drive.


  • To increase traffic and conversions, you will develop and implement effective marketing measures in collaboration with the content marketing manager and an external agency
  • Develop marketing content and ads with the goal of conversion optimization
  • Planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across all relevant channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Further development of our online marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness
  • Measurement of all online activities according to defined KPIs for continuous further development
  • Briefing and managing agencies and service providers
  • Cross-interface collaboration with other departments, especially Sales and Product


  • Completed commercial vocational training or business studies in the field of marketing/advertising or comparable training
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of online marketing (preferably hospitality and/or SaaS)
  • Confident handling of common online marketing tools (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.) as well as a high willingness to learn new tools and systems
  • Knowledge of search engine marketing
  • Organizational talent and creativity in the conception, planning and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • An independent and structured way of working
  • Quick perception and a good eye for details

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual bonus.
