This is also strongly expressed in our mission statement: “Suppliers are our Partners, and we will build all bridges to connect them with our Clients”. CHALLENGE

Product strategy
You will innovate and shape (new) products in the area around the booking process where the Travelers interact with Suppliers before, during and after the stay.
This encompasses also the communication between Traveler and Supplier, such as Inhouse/in-stay messaging with clients (Email, Push Messages, WhatsApp, WeChat, FB Messenger, SMS etc.) with automation (AI bots) and/or manual interaction. Also, payment instructions and according interaction/communication/messaging via CRS/PMS/GDS/ Channel Managers and third-party content will be a large part of your work – you will shape and define the future strategy and go-to-market, together with the HRS Pay unit.

Furthermore, you will work on product strategy for a seamless on-site experience for our Travelers when the hotel uses further technology to automate their own inhouse processes. Such systems could be:
