As a Product Manager Property Management System (PMS), you will lead a development team and shape our Property Management System (PMS) for the Vacation Rental market. You will create additional value for our customers through the connection to our market-leading distribution network and additional value adding services like Payment and Revenue Management.


  • Lead a Development-Team.
  • Responsibility for the further development of our property management system for the Vacation Rental market
  • Analysis of the PMS market and our competitors
  • Definition of the product requirements and features depending on market requirements and needs
  • Coordinate the companywide Product-Development with other Product owner
  • Work with Key Stakeholders on gathering business requirements; develop a technical plan with duration estimates and explicit prioritization. Execute the plan, deliver the required deliverables inclusive roll out within the time estimate. Document the development for reference and knowledge transfer


  • A successfully completed university degree in business administration, computer science or a comparable education
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, product development and roll out
  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology and Tools
  • Understanding of design quality standards
  • Professional appearance, high motivation and a strong desire to work and win as a team
  • High sense of responsibility and a conscientious, goal-oriented and independent way of working
  • Fluent in English and German, both in spoken and written form

The position can be based in proximity to one of our offices in Cologne or Munich but also can be primarily home office based.

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual bonus.
