As part of the Business Travel Club Marketing division with focus on unmanaged individual business travelers & SME´s for our brands HRS.de & HOTEL.de, we are currently looking for a Cologne or Berlin based Product Marketing Lead (m/f/d). 



Your challenges:


  • Develop and steer the product messaging of our e-Commerce products and services to different audiences and across all channels, whilst ensuring a cohesive Brand Positioning
  • Develop product messaging, in close collaboration with Product Management, that differentiates new products and services
  • Set up adequate Marketing tools and Campaigns to attract and engage relevant audiences
  • Gain insight into customer use of services aiming at maximizing engagement and loyalty
  • Understanding the industry, product strategy, customer behavior and how the HRS Business Travel Club solutions add value along the customer´s journey
  • Communicate the value of new products and services to the sales and marketing teams
  • Leading Campaign & Storytelling Experts to execute, measure and optimize campaigns


Your commitment:


  • Studies in Marketing, Communications or similar relevant field
  • Previous working experience as a Product Marketing Manager B2C for 5+ years in a E-Commerce or SAAS organization, for a Payment Solution Provider or an organization that provides reward & loyalty programs
  • Vast experience in B2C Product Marketing, Multi-Channel Marketing, Copy Writing
  • Being a creative thinker with a strategic vision and paying attention to details
  • Having outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Ability to connect to stakeholders and customers
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • German native Speaker, fluent in English
