Product Owner - CRM (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Cologne or Berlin based Technical Product Owner - Application Manager CRM (m/f/d) to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.
Your challenges
- Work on analyzing, understanding, challenging and documenting requirements towards CRM together with business and steering teams from sales & marketing, as well as management ensuring continued development of CRM to serve HRS Group’s strategic vision.
- Translate requirements into technical- and analytical designs and ensure implementation and testing of the proposed solutions by active participation, steering of internal and external developers.
- Establish a prioritized roadmap for the CRM program based on agile working principles to ensure quick time-to-market, as well as flexible steering of resources and initiatives
- Analyze, modify and maintain existing CRM applications.
- Provide technical support to functional users solving system-, configuration- and programming issues
- Coordinate communications with vendors when appropriate for problem resolution or further development
- Establish technical, operational and user related documentation in support of applications
- Develop and conduct end user training for different target groups and levels of experience
- Establish and foster constant exchange with partners in the ecosystem, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce and other providers and consultants to stay abreast of your area of responsibility
Your commitment
- A degree in business computer science, business administration, mathematics or a comparable qualification.
- Multiple years of proven hands-on experience in CRM within a fast paced and dynamic market environment.
- Superior technical expertise of the solutions available in market to support customer management and manage customer data in a compliant and reliable manner, communications evaluation, and relationship skills.
- Very good project campaign management capabilities, and commercial awareness.
- Ideally, experience with Marketing Automation, or integrated Sales & Marketing setups.
- Fluent in English and German (nice to have)
