Quality Specialist (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Cologne based Quality Specialist (m/f/d) to improve and ensure quality standards for our customer service.
Your responsibilites
• Analysis and assignment of all the second level new reaching facts to the correct area
• Coordination of necessary measures in customer service center (CSC) in case of interface integration
• Answering complex questions as well as comprehensive advice and support of the trainers, team leads and employees of our online service provider (OSP) in the CSC on site, by phone and e-mail
• Processing of customer and content error lists or challenges to bookings via interfaces or of interface content
• Checking Processing for process compliance from HRS perspective
• Identification of Incorrect Processing & of Missing Service Orientation from a customer perspective
Your commitment
• Professional experience in customer service/complaint management, ideally in the hotel industry or B2B travel industry
• High willingness to travel
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
