We are looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter APAC (m/f/d) to recruit top talent in China, Singapore, Japan and Australasia. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle working directly with our business units and collaborating with leadership to help grow HRS.


Your challenges 

  • Drive the HRS end-to-end recruitment process, from hiring need to offer negotiations 
  • Define the sourcing and recruiting strategy for dedicated functions in multiple regions (all experience levels and expert functions)
  • Partner with hiring teams and consult them on topics such as active sourcing, candidate selection, candidate interview processes, and utilization of tools
  • Identify, evaluate and utilize appropriate cost-efficient sourcing channels 
  • Support candidates throughout the interview process as their primary point of contact 
  • Manage candidate experience to enhance both candidate conversion and employer brand perception
  • Drive innovation projects and continuous improvement along the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Monitor and report current recruitment funnels, market and candidate insights to the hiring stakeholders
  • Be part of an international, virtual recruiting team and report directly to the Director of Recruiting in Germany

 

Your commitment

  • Demonstrate a strong recruitment background in an international environment 
  • Experience in a consulting, B2B sales or corporate environment is preferred 
  • Be able to manage high volumes of vacancies within tight timelines
  • Experience in executive sourcing and delivering end to end recruitment across multiple regions in a large, matrix environment
  • Bring your experience of using social channels to maintain high direct sourcing success
  • Vast expertise in pipeline development, sourcing optimization, and forecasting hiring needs and results
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally across the HRS Group with different stakeholders and to prioritize resources against business needs
  • A proven track record in successfully meeting KPIs and metrics through a robust recruiting process
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both in Mandarin and English
