Support us as a member of the two sales teams "Strategic Partnerships Sourcing" and "Strategic Partnerships Distribution" in the digital brokerage of our 1.2 million holiday accommodations of all kinds as well as in the development of new accommodation inventories and OTA partners.




  • Supporting the sales team in day-to-day business and ongoing projects as well as working independently on selected sub-projects
  • Preparation of regular market analyses, statistics and reports
  • Contract name management
  • Maintenance and optimization of the CRM database
  • Support in the preparation of customer presentations, customer trainings and customer events
  • Active participation in the organization and implementation of events and trade fair appearances
  • Exchange with team colleagues from the aforementioned areas as well as with all other specialist departments




  • Ongoing studies with a focus on business or tourism
  • Long-term availability for 10-20 hours/week
  • Affinity for the TravelTech industry as well as enthusiasm for new developments and trends in online accommodation distribution
  • Independent, structured and performance-oriented way of thinking and working
  • Hands-on mentality or enjoy working independently on selected projects
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with new tasks and issues
  • Very good MS Office skills (esp. Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written form). Good Englisch skills.

The position can be based in proximity to one of our offices in Cologne or Munich but also can be primarily home office based.
