We are looking for a Dallas office based HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to truly partner with our organization, manage all domestic HR services, bring it to the next performance level, attract and recruit the best talent, as well as engage and further develop our colleagues.


Your challenges

  • Own the full operational recruitment lifecycle, including job drafting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and HR onboarding (including regular management/employee data hygiene in SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Proactively engage with hiring managers and candidates alike not only for immediate hires but also to build up talent pools in the mid-term
  • Be the go to person for all colleagues in that region re. all aspects of HR truly engaging on a personal level and enabling them to develop
  • Further develop organizational structure and culture to establish a leading people organization and to drive actual business performance
  • Support ongoing and continuous change enabling teams and resolving potential conflicts
  • Manage US benefits programs, related HR legal matters, employee handbook/policies, and interfacing with payroll/office manager for efficient delivery of HR-managed services
  • For Latin America: Provide as-needed remote HR support for MD-Latin America related to HR best practices and SAP SuccessFactors employee data hygiene.


Your commitment 

  • Min. 5-7 years of working experience as HR Business Partner/Recruiter with a strong business and performance focus
  • Passion for people and ability to deeply engage with colleagues of all levels
  • Actual track record of sound and spot-on hiring for a variety positions across geographies
  • Good sourcing skills and familiarity with a variety of channels to identify and attract talent
  • Focus on fast and flawless, but also pragmatic execution - getting things done
  • Data driven, team and impact oriented working style
