BUSINESS UNIT

The HRS PAY Business Unit is focused on driving the commercial framework and all go-to-market activities for PAY. This includes sales/business development, contracts und engagement models, partnerships, payment consulting and product marketing (with matrix support from Global Product Marketing). 

 

We are hyper-focused on driving not only the HRS "flywheel" via the powerful combination of STAY and PAY, but also our own PAY flywheel whereby both corporate clients and third-party partners benefit from leveraging HRS PAY´s technology and capabilities. The more corporate clients use PAY, the more third-party partners such as banks card issuers, ERP´s, booking platforms and other financial service providers want to partner and collaborate with us, and this drives further commercial growth for PAY by monetizing those partnership streams.

POSITION

We are looking for a Ebelsbach- or Bamberg-based Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) with passion for delivering great results in order to ensure our further growth and to support our existing Customer Service Center without customer acquisition in full-time (40 hours per week).

Itelya GmbH & Co. KG has been part of the HRS Group since 2021 and belongs to the HRS Business Unit PAY. Itelya is specialised in the global procurement, verification and enrichment of invoice data coming from business travel processes and their export to downstream systems. We are able to transfer customers requirements into customised solutions.

CHALLENGE

  • You will be responsible for the registration, documentation, controlling and final processing of all customer requirements (by phone and in writing) as far as our smart.billing software which is related to customer requirements, settlement procedures and contract data is concerned
  • The utmost priority is to ensure the process quality in order to make our customers happy
  • Professional customer advice as far as service- and invoicing processes are concerned
  • Self-responsible creation of solution-oriented customer correspondence

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • Successfully completed commercial training or similar training - in ideal circumstances as an office clerk / tax assistant / hotel professional that are interested in moving to an office job
  • Well versed in MC Office package as well as a strong willingness to become acquainted with in-house computer systems
  • Customer-oriented and convincing customer communication
  • Strong-service and customer orientation as well as pleasure in dealing with customers
  • Team-oriented performance and independent operation
  • Ability to work in teams, dynamism and flexibility
  • Excellent knowledge of German language and advanced knowledge of English language
  • Strong focus on collaboration, excellent customer service and a passion for finding solutions

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
