POSITION

We are looking for a Director Market Steering (m/f/d) to continuously improve and implement global sales standards and methodology within HRS markets and drive sales professionalization.

CHALLENGE

  • Enhance and standardize HRS sales methodology
  • Develop and continuously optimize standardized sales processes from lead generation to deal closure that serve as blueprints for local markets and drive sales professionalization throughout the organization
  • Enforce execution of global sales standards in markets; continuously coach HRS commercial directors and train business development managers and account executives
  • Create, moderate and own a global platform for exchange of best practices and market / competitor insights
  • Monitor sales progress in-depth through various KPIs along the sales funnel, identify strategic areas for improvement and derive process adaptions or training demands
  • Support commercial directors in markets with bespoke market analysis to derive frameworks for local market penetration tactics
  • Develop sales training modules in close collaboration with HR
  • Conceptionalize business requirements for tools and systems that support HRS sales processes in close collaboration with the Director CRM
  • Create a global standard for strategic market reviews with top management
  • Take ownership of strategic projects and workstreams within the HRS Group from concept to realization that aim at improving the commercial performance and sales professionalization of HRS
  • Lead an international-based market steering team of 4-5 people and quickly assume a high level of responsibility
  • Close collaboration with the Head of Commercial Steering who is providing the analytical foundation and data insights for global sales steering
  • Direct reporting line to HRS Chief Commercial Officer

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • An outstanding academic degree in Business studies or similar
  • 7-9 years of experience in sales leadership, sales methodology & process development and sales training
  • Several years of leadership experience
  • Conceptual, analytical, and structured way of working
  • Eagerness to solve complex tasks in interdisciplinary teams and matrix organizations
  • Passion about working in a pragmatic, fast changing and results-oriented environment
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written (German a plus)

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
