We are looking for a Cologne based Steering Manager Operations - Destination Solutions (m/f/d) to ensure maximum value and bring our operations steering up to the next level.     #LI-RD1

 

Your challenges
 

  • Be an integral part of our strategic initiatives related to operations e.g., development of new business models and best practices and prepare top management presentations
  • Driving process automation and act as key coordinator for all service related topics to ensure that feedback from internal stakeholders is reflected on  vendor side
  • Volume Forecasting for P&L planning, scheduling and vendor management
  • Analyze reports on call volumes/ issues and identifying insights from data and by facilitating “problem-busting” in close collaboration with other internal departments and leadership
  • Act as an interface to our Business Intelligence and Marketing department for data requirements, analyses and reporting standards
  • Foster transparent benchmarking and best practice sharing to identify improvement opportunities and build up competitive intelligence on relevant players and trends
  • Conduct performance management analyses for our global sales teams and derive insights for sales leadership as well as our global Sales Strategy & Steering team


Your commitment
 

  • 3- 5 years professional experience in managing customer service operations, ideally in travel related company and/or e-commerce
  • Excellent analytical skills to synthesize business implications out of complex data
  • Experience in project management
  • An outstanding academic degree in Business studies or similar
  • Experience in UX management and Process/Consultancy background preferable
  • Advanced numerical and analytical understanding
  • Fluent in German and English
