We are looking for a Cologne based Teamlead Finance Payment (m/f/d) who will lead our Finance Payment Team and support HRS to bring the services to the next level. 


Your challenges

  • Ensuring proper accounting, in particular for the ZAG institute PaySol GmbH
  • Defining, implementing and ensuring efficient processes in the operational IT systems as well as their documentation with regard to ZAG licensing requirements
  • Monitoring regulatory changes and transferring the implications into internal processes
  • Responsible for conception and implementation of the sub-project "Payment Solutions" for SAP S4 introduction
  • Responsibility for the financial mapping of new payment products in close cooperation with product development, sales, IT and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring the operational billing processes for all payment products
  • Steer working capital requirements in close alignment with HQ
  • Building and developing a qualified and motivated team

Your commitment

  • University degree with a business background, ideally complemented by training as an auditor or tax consultant
  • Several years of professional experience in the finance sector, typically in a medium-sized e-commerce company, a service company with international sales activities or internationally renowned auditing firm ("Big 4")
  • In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting (especially with respect to accounting regulations under HGB) as well as tax issues (esp. VAT)
  • Experience in the (international) operational audit and processes of intercompany coordination
  • Knowledge of the cross-border settlement pricing systems as well as a FIBU software (preferably MS Navision)
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written; another foreign language welcome
