We are looking for a London based Account Support Manager (m/f/d) to partner with corporate customers and deliver best in class solutions for their business travelers.

 

 Your challenges

  • Reports to the Head of Account Support Management  
  • Address all product related queries on time, following internal SLA’s and business requirements
  • Monitor customer health, satisfaction, expansion opportunities, risks and escalations
  • Identify the root of the problem to minimize unnecessary repetitive actions
  • Help customers achieve their technical objectives by delivering guidance, enablement and best practices materials
  • Train customers to use products effectively
  • Liaise internally with product team to help identify potential new features, improvements or products, based on customer’s feedback
  • Liaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales
  • Implementing all software solutions to existing and new customers and assisting senior team members with their rollouts

 

Your commitment

  • Proven work experience on customer support / technical support / technical account management or similar; preferably in the travel industry
  • Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators and third-party developers to deliver efficient solutions will be an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to present technical matters effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with executives of large enterprises on both technical and non-technical subjects.
  • Ability to demonstrate that you're a flexible team player with a hunger to learn
  • Able to identify and set priorities wisely
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, results driven and customer satisfaction oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in English
  • Legal right to work in the UK without a visa (no sponsorship is available for this role)
