We are looking for a London-based Hotel Account Executive (m/f/d) who acts as an ambassador of HRS to manage the supplier side of the corporate travel business working directly with our hotel partners and chains. #LI-KW2


Your Challenges

  • To master the HRS value proposition and communicate in an engaging way to our current and potentially new hotel partners.
  • To build and leverage strong relationships with the hotel market in order to implement HRS sales strategies with the hotel community via our multiple services and products
  • To create a positive network with our most valuable and strategic partners in operations, revenue management sales and general management
  • To generate value to our corporate customers by negotiating exclusive rates and value to hotels increasing their opportunity to gain corporate business
  • To generate adoption and increase engagement of hotel partners to HRS’ services and innovations (payment, booking solutions and procurement) for Transient, Long Stay and M&G business
  • To support and consult our hotel partners in the operational aspects that lead to the increase of sales (content, rate loading and availability management, distribution, financial health etc)
  • To hold educational sessions for hotel partners on the needs of corporate customers (current and future)
  • To hold regular performance review with most important hotel partners and chains
  • To have a consultative approach with an analytical view of the market and guide decisions based on data.
  • To identify and acquire new hotel partners in the managed sales area


What are we looking for:

  • Result oriented, responsible, sole-contributor with strong sales skills
  • Ability to initiate positive contact, to act convincingly (e.g., in negotiations), to motivate as well as to identify and resolve conflicts
  • Good communication skills and professional demeanor
  • A team player, with positive attitude and a hands on approach
  • Desire to be part of a company with long term commitment
  • Maturity to deal with conflict in a professional and a solution oriented mentality
  • Resilience and ability to channel energy towards results
  • Curious, open minded and eager to learn
  • Analytical thinking, affinity for numbers
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Commercial education – preferably in the travel industry – degree in business administration combined with working experience in the B2B travel industry desirable.
