Today we work globally with the Fortune 500, such as Google, China Mobile, Amazon, Siemens, Hitachi, Alibaba, Volkswagen, WorldBank.

We are looking for a London based Managing Director Northern Europe (m/f/d) who leads the regional commercial mission for HRS.

Your challenges

  • Take the commercial lead for Northern Europe (UK/IR & Nordics) and assume full responsibility for the strategic commercial initiatives
  • Take responsibility for developing and further strengthening the commercial ties with the leading corporations of the market
  • Manage resources and budgets, sell the HRS end-to-end solutions with your teams to corporates and build up relations with chains and networks in the HRS ecosystem
  • Act as the market leader and become part of a global leadership team consisting of the four regions AMERICAS, EMEA, APAC, and DACH
  • Directly report into the regional leadership team on Senior Vice President level

Your commitment

  • Several years of managerial responsibility in a commercial role
  • Proven track record of leading commercial teams and managing within a global matrix organization
  • Working experience in dynamic, fast paced tech environments and a proven hands-on mentality
  • Several years of commercial experience in a comparable  position in the technology consulting, enterprise sales, payment or similar software industry with focus on C-Level executives
  • Experience in leading decentralized multinational teams
  • Ability to cope with pressure and to work with tight deadlines while managing customer expectations and internal resources
