That’s why we’re seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Why we need you:

As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for outbound prospecting for new logos. You will partner and collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing Teams to generate qualified sales leads, set meetings, and yield new deal opportunities. You should be excited to demonstrate your ability to be a sales driven self-starter. We’ll provide tools, training, and excellent mentorship to help advance your sales career at HRS.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using HRS’s qualification criteria
  • Conduct high-level discovery calls with Senior Executives in target and prospect accounts
  • Build, prioritize, and qualify strategic target account lists 
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest through cold discovery calls, and email campaigns
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the Pipeline
  • Utilize your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how HRS can solve them
  • Consistently achieve a quota to hit growth objectives

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with CRM software
  • Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotes
