National Key Account Manager Chains (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Madrid-based National Key Account Manager Chains (m/f/d) for Spain and Portugal to change the world of business travel with us! Your task will be to lead programs for our hotel chain partners and turn our customer´s trust in customer´s success.
Your challenge
- Manage strategic relationships as well as day-to-day operations with regional and local hotel chains across the Iberian region; activities include project planning, steering internal stakeholders and escalation management
- Own supplier/partner relationship and continuously identify monetization opportunities; prepare business cases and sales pitches
- Co-ordinate and combine internal expert teams for issue resolution and enhancement of partnership
- Act as the key chain contact, ensuring regional and local alignment and creating transparency, e.g. by maintaining information in the Customer-Relationship-Management (CRM) and tracking monetization progress
- Take Project Management Office (PMO) responsibilities and be in charge for regular performance reviews to showcase achievements, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and next steps
- Regularly align with local HRS market leadership to ensure smooth operations globally (e.g. Spanish chain operating in LATAM/APAC regions)
- Closely align with our colleagues from Chain Steering to drive profitability and reach business goals
Your commitment
- Master degree in business studies or similar
- Several years of consulting or account management experience in SaaS industry, Consulting or Professional Services having served global enterprises (a knowledge of B2B travel tech industry is a plus, but not necessary)
- Experience in building a long-lasting senior stakeholder network within the customers organization on a global scale
- Excellent project management skills as well as outstanding numerical and analytical understanding
- Ability to analyze data and derive pro-actively strategic initiatives out of them aimed at achieving customer success
- Strong business acumen and good negotiation skills, always aiming for win-win collaborative deals
- You enjoy high performance and fast changing environments. You possess a high degree of self-motivation, pro-activeness, forward thinking and assertiveness in order to manage customer expectations as well as driving internal collaboration
- Fluency in Spanish and English spoken and written, Portuguese or other European languages are a plus
