In the position as a Data Analytics Engineer (m/f/d), the future position holder will fully own the data platform. You are the stewards of organizational knowledge, speaking in both technical and business languages. You understand the vision of the business and drive it with your technical expertise to bring most business value from the data.


  • Data formatting and processing to build the foundation layer for dashboards and self-service reporting. Work on data transformation, using the ETL tools. Build dimension views and fact tables.
  • Responsible for the full life cycle of development, from requirements gathering through data transformation coding and report/dashboard design and creation
  • Build aggregate data models. Manage the data flow to reflect in dashboards to meet business requirements
  • Troubleshoot data anomalies with engineering teams
  • Work collaboratively to align business requirements with reporting and analytical solutions
  • Find out missing data points and drive the process to get valid data for a complete knowledge to take business decisions
  • Work with Key Stakeholders on gathering business requirements; develop a technical plan with duration estimates. Execute the plan and deliver the required deliverables within the time estimate. Document the development for reference and knowledge transfer.


  • A successfully completed university degree
  • Under minimal supervision, develops, tests and deploys ELT/ETL processes across multiple sources, and end tools, and self-service reporting assets to provide data exploration capabilities to end users.
  • Lead and manage Code Reviews, Code promotions, Deployment and overall production execution
  • Experience with Snowflake, AWS, Python/R and Tableau
  • Experience with developing, testing and deploying transformations with Snowflake and dbt
  • Knowledge in Data Modelling techniques (Star Schema, 3NF, Data Vault 2.0)
  • Knowledgeable in SaaS Tools for (Streaming) Data Ingestion (e.g. Fivetran, Matillion, Stitch)
  • Professional appearance and a strong desire to work and win as a team

  • Fluent in English in spoken and written form

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual bonus.
