As Sales Manager Northern Germany (m/f/d), you will develop the market of rental agencies and tourist destinations at the North Sea and Baltic Sea in Schleswig-Holstein and Lower Saxony with us. You acquire attractive holiday accommodation for our distribution network with more than 600 connected channels.


  • Strong Focus on closing deals and getting new partners on board
  • Advise and inspire the tourism partners in your region with our software and sales solutions
  • Planning, prioritizing and coordinating sales strategies and developing measures to acquire new customers
  • Strategically generating new leads
  • Negotiating with new customers and agreeing the terms of cooperation
  • Identifying new opportunities for the company and contributing to the conception of new product ideas
  • Together with the account manager of your region, you are on top of your market. In close cooperation, you will develop strategies to win new partners and optimise business relationships
  • Supported by our marketing team, you will strengthen the positioning and awareness of our product portfolio in the market
  • Regular participation in relevant trade fairs, conferences and other events


  • A successfully completed degree in economics or tourism or comparable certificate
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of sales / distribution
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills as well as negotiation skills
  • Acquisition by telephone, video telephony or on-site appointments
  • Quick comprehension, initiative as well as high commitment and ability to work under pressure
  • Enjoy advising, selling and dealing with people
  • You are characterised by your analytical, structured and entrepreneurial way of thinking and working
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Enjoyment and understanding of technical contexts and the e-commerce business
  • You are highly motivated, have a team spirit and hands-on mentality and are willing to travel
  • Fluent German and good English skills. Ideally, you also speak other languages

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual bonus.
