POSITION
We are looking for an experienced Head of Growth Marketing (m/f/d) to spearhead all growth activities for HRS Stay, Work & Pay. Our fast-paced environment requires an outcome driven and self-organized marketer with a track record of selling SaaS services in the B2B segment and who can take the lead on developing and executing lead acquisition strategies and plans to grow the sales pipeline and achieve Revenue goals. This role will be leading the main acquisition channels of industry events, Website and master the CRM Campaigns.
CHALLENGE
- Manage growth, acquisition, and retention strategies and execution across all marketing channels
- Setup a strong collaboration with Sales and sales steering to build and maintain a healthy and sustainable pipeline
- Facilitate hand-in-hand collaboration between growth, product, marketing and data to align on the vision and support the execution
- Set the Demand Generation strategy with the right channel mix of Linkedin, Inmail and CRM (Sales engagement, marketing automation and Events)
- Define the overall funnel and own the metrics you can put in front of each stage
- Build the right attribution models and right tracking infrastructure to make it scalable
- Have a test & learn mindset and be driven to optimize campaigns and processes
- Oversee the end-to-end process from concept and running campaigns to reporting and learnings with support from your team member who will support your strategy by implementing email marketing, newsletter and website landing pages
- Maximize the ROI of our own- and third-party event engagements
- Have extensive experience in Google, and LinkedIn and knowledge of effective landing pages, and content that drives results and moves prospects through the funnel
- Experienced in paid marketing, ideal candidate is someone who has successfully orchestrated paid programs working within B2B and SaaS, with enterprise offerings
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
- 6+ years' experience in driving product revenue growth
- Consistent background experience in building and leading a team
- Efficient communication skills
- Tech, SAAS and B2B background
- Years of experience using CRM (Microsoft), GA, Project Management Tools (Asana, Jira), WordPress, sound knowledge of SEO and SEA
- Cost-efficient and self-starter mindset. You're confident to push the boundaries further and you achieve goals effectively
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Location New York area as a must

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE
Location: either Berlin or Cologne.
An attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
