POSITION
We are looking for a Manager Revenue Operations – Market Steering (all gender) to drive transformation within our global sales organization. As part of your job you will develop sales concepts, conduct analyses, and constantly foster communication with our global sales teams.
CHALLENGE
• Develop and implement global sales standards and provide the needed tools to drive execution through our global sales organization
• Be part of strategic projects, e.g., development of new sales methodologies and enable the implementation within our global sales teams to drive sales transformation
• Conduct regular performance management analyses for our global sales teams and derive insights for sales leadership as well as our global Sales Strategy & Steering team
• Moderate regular market steering meetings and build a communication platform for global sales teams
• Support local sales teams to deliver highest sales results by identifying insights from data on improvement areas and by facilitating “problem-busting” in close collaboration with other HQ departments
• Act as an interface to our Business Intelligence, CRM and Marketing and Controlling teams for data requirements, analyses and reporting standards
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
• An outstanding university degree in business studies or related fields
• Ideally >3 years of work experience in a Revenue Operations Role
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms to various levels of the organization
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude, embrace change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills to synthesize business implications out of complex data
• High goal orientation, passion for problem-solving and high emotional empathy to work with interdisciplinary teams and cultures across the globe
• Fluency in English as our business language

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE
This role will be based in New York and the selected candidate will be required to work in our office 3 days a week. The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
