Global Account Manager France (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Paris based Global Account Manager France (m/f/d) to achieve expected revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction levels with our global strategic accounts.

 

Your challenges

  • Manage and lead negotiations with major global accounts, finding intelligent ways to support customer’s travel processes and increase HRS share of wallet
  • Lead global projects to roll out HRS strategic customers in multiple markets from project initiation to successful implementation ensuring delivery on time, in quality and budget
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders across different countries, both external and internal (e.g. HRS experts on cutting-edge topics such as payment, sourcing or MICE solutions)
  • Lead analyses and provide recommendations for customers on how to improve their hotel management
  • Manage customer contract and service level agreements
  • Monitor and manage the P&L of your accounts
  • Take ownership and develop account development plans ensuring maximum HRS buy-in across regions in order to drive long term results
  • Establish and maintain trusted customer relationship with key decision makers
  • Support professionalization of HRS in terms of strategic account management and farming techniques

 

Your commitment

  • A professional with at least 5 years’ experience in a leading consultancy or renowned business enterprise (knowledge in the B2B travel industry seen as an advantage but not necessary)
  • Track record of leading multiple customer projects in tandem from scoping to successful execution
  • Ability to quickly structure highly complex topics and break down for team members
  • Skilled in leading and collaborating with interdisciplinary and international teams
  • Very analytical and structured in the way you work
  • Passionate about strategic thinking and working in a results-oriented environment
  • High forward thinking and assertiveness
  • Strong negotiations skills and high performance orientation
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Being used to work with tight deadlines, managing customer expectations as well as internal resources
  • Fluency in French and English, spoken and written
