We are looking for a Paris based Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to partner with corporate customers and deliver best in class solutions for their business travelers.

Your challenges #LI-RD1

  • Acquire new large local accounts based on leads and ensure new customers go live and begin booking
  • Identify additional local leads and find new ways to support customers' travel processes and increase share of wallet
  • Consult your customers on senior and top management contact level how to optimize travel management with help of HRS solutions
  • Coordinate all actions of parallel running roll-out projects

Your commitment

  • Several years of sales consulting experience, accumulated knowledge in the B2B travel industry
  • Expertise in analyzing and understanding customer situations by using CRM systems
  • Strong negotiation skills and high performance orientation
  • Self-motivation and ability to work under monthly tight deadlines, managing customer expectations as well as internal resources
  • Experience in initiating positive contact and maintaining lasting relations in B2B business
  • High impact personality, i.e. with intellectual agility, entrepreneurship, empathy in relationship, strong team play, always seeking to improve team and organizational performance
  • Fluency in French and English, spoken and written
