Job Summary

The Hotel Solution Team is based on the Commerce & Procurement platforms of the enterprise customers that transform into much more than “just” a platform:  Hotel Solutions provides its hotel partners with incremental enterprise and SMEs travelers, M&G business, data insights, KPI reporting’s and innovative programs like Clean&Safe or GreenStay. The primary purpose of Hotel Solution team is to create a superb corporate traveler experience between the hotel partner and its corporate customers. We developed a prime system for enterprise travelers, where the traveler gets the best hotel portfolio based/basing on their needs and data analysis in a digital end-to-end process from Procurement to Stay. Thus, the Hotel Solutions Team and its products, plays an important role in HRS´s Central Europe strategy as it revolves around a disruption and digital sales approach compared to other market participants.
Your mission is to further develop and shape the "Hotel Partner market" with our digital corporate traveler solutions together with our great team.

The Position:

Hotel Account Executive (m/f/d)

In the responsible position of the Hotel Account Executive the future position holder is responsible for both the corporate hotel program optimization (book ability & compliance of the hotel program, increase of corporate business) and the analysis and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for key hotel partners in the respective region. 
As Hotel Account Executive you take on the responsibility to plan, implement and execute strategies and initiatives with your hotel partner and at the same time elevate and boost our revenue streams. 
The position is considered as an important interface between the requirements and needs of our corporate customers and hotel partners. You collaborate closely with the enterprise and procurement department to achieve an outstanding customer experience.
As direct report to the Managing Director Brazil you’ll hold an important role managing and developing key hotel partner relationships.

Your challenge:

  • Independently maintain the relationship with the partner hotels in your region and continuously expand your network
  • Convince the hotel partners with your personality both in virtual face-to-face meetings and by telephone
  • Sell the entire product range of the HRS Group in the Corporate Travel sector in a targeted and proactive manner
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales (CRM)
  • Assume ownership when it comes to securing our quality criteria and customer ratings
  • Use data to help hotel partner understand how products can help them achieve their goals
  • Advise and train your hotel partners on HRS systems and applications

For this exciting mission you are equipped with...

  • Bachelor or master degree, already years of professional experience in sales, with the desire to work in the field of solutions selling and / or data analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations in Portuguese, Spanish and English language
  • Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis
  • Familiarity with relevant software, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics and data analytic skills
  • Ability to contact customers, strong negotiation skills and manage other tasks independently
  • Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner
  • You are flexible, willing to adapt and manage changes, implement new strategies and sales methods
  • Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers' needs and concerns

Location, Mobility, Incentive:

In general, the position is assigned to the Sao Paulo office, but we work in a hybrid model (partially home based, partially in the office).
The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
