BUSINESS UNIT

POSITION

HRS is looking for a Hotel Account Manager responsible for managing both hotel chains and strategic independent hotels across Brazil. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking and operational execution. You will work independently in Brazil, reporting to the VP or Procurement Consulting and Supplier Management based in the United States, and serve as a critical liaison between HRS and its hotel partners.

We seek a hands-on individual with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, capable of building relationships with both larger chains and individual properties. Given our entrepreneurial culture, the role involves administrative tasks alongside strategic engagement. Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.

CHALLENGE

  • Own and grow HRS’ hotel partner portfolio across Brazil, focusing on both chains and high-value independent hotels.
  • Develop strategic relationships and execute initiatives to drive hotel program optimization, bookability, and revenue growth.
  • Recommend and promote relevant HRS platform products based on partner needs.
  • Conduct regular meetings and calls with partners to understand their business goals and demonstrate HRS’ value.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide partner training on HRS systems and tools to ensure compliance and optimal usage.
  • Coordinate with global teams, including Procurement and Enterprise Sales, to align strategies.
  • Manage CRM updates, reporting, and partner communications independently.

  • Proven experience in hotel distribution, account management, or sales within the hospitality industry.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and data literacy.
  • Highly self-driven and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Flexible and hands-on, with the ability to manage both strategic conversations and daily operational tasks.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility will also include an annual or multi-year variable compensation.
