We are looking for a Shanghai based Assistant Accountant China (m/f/d) who assistant Accounting team detailed operation of accounting department to ensure all the invoice & payment delivery accurate & completed, provide general support for General Accounting and Reporting team.

 

Your challenges

  • Bookkeeping for bank statement & accounting entries in ERP system
  • Posting local & foreign incoming payment and correction of Fapiao in ERP system
  • Contact with bank for bank payment, cash withdraw, Fapiao purchasing and management
  • Lead Fapiao issuance (assist by Intern) & reconciliation with Navision
  • Input VAT Fapiao calculation
  • Checking/managing all expense reimbursement and payment report
  • Monitor/confirm air-ticket booking process
  • Office administration support, e.g. Coordinate office supply vendor such as name card, property management, etc.

 

Your commitment

  • Bachelor graduate, and preferred in accounting or financial major.
  • Good command in MS office (Especially excel)
  • ERP system (Kingdee/Yonyou/SAP/Oracle)
  • Good oral and written language skill in Mandarin and English
  • several  working experience in similar position
  • Flexible and willing to work under pressure
  • Willing to work overtime (not much but sometimes required)
