We’re currently searching for an experienced Global Program Director to join our ranks and continue this tradition. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, the Global Program Director should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.



  • Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the customer and the organization.
  • Plan and Manage programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes
  • Develop or approve budgets and operations
  • Devise and Implement evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements
  • Team management, supervise all account managers involved, provide feedback and resolve complex problems. Ensure smooth operations and effective account management.
  • Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed
  • Read reports prepared by managers to determine progress and issues
  • Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies and processes.
  • Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations
  • Stakeholder management – Internal and external.
  • Customer engagement complying to operative governance.
  • Consultative selling of solutions to the customers
  • Revenue optimization from businesses.


Requirements and skills


  • 10+ years of experience in sales / consulting in the SAAS industry  
  • Proven experience as program director and managerial position
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
  • Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting
  • Working knowledge of program management software
  • A business acumen with a strategic ability
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Has been in leadership position with responsibility of revenue generation.

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
