We are looking for an experienced local HR Business Partner (m/f/d) based in our Shanghai office who takes care of Greater China region, partners up with our business leaders, manages all local HR topics and brings them to the next level to further develop our people and organization. Your challenges

  • You are acting as sparring partner for our business leaders in the region and collaborate on all HR related topics from staff planning to salary reviews and on-and offboarding.
  • As a first and trusted go-to HR person for colleagues in your area, you support on individual personnel topics and personal development.
  • You proactively engage with hiring managers and candidates alike not only for immediate hires but also to build up talent pools in the mid-term.
  • As a company culture ambassador, you support to establish a leading people organization and support people strategies to drive actual business performance.
  • Ownership and maintenance of employee data and its quality in our HR system SAP success factors.
  • You will analyze HR KPIs to identify trends and HR topics in your area and consult with business leaders.
  • You manage benefits programs, related HR legal matters, employee handbook/policies and interfacing with payroll/office manager for efficient delivery of HR-managed services

 

Your commitment

  • Min. 4 years of working experience as an HR Business Partner/HR Manager with a strong business and performance focus
  • Passion for people and ability to deeply engage with colleagues of all levels
  • Focus on fast and flawless, but also pragmatic execution - getting things done
  • Data driven, team and impact oriented working style
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills, both in English and Mandarin
