We are looking for a Shanghai based Head of Account Management (m/f/d) who could manage business and lead negotiations with major local accounts, find new ways to support customers' travel processes and increase share of wallet.

 

Your challenge

  • Lead and manage the key account customer relationship, maintain and expand the customer business development, prepare and report to senior leadership on the account plan and customer success development
  • Lead team to create opportunity, cross-sale and upsale additional product and solution to the existing account, provide comprehensive customer report and maintain necessary information in CRM and other internal system
  • Lead projects to roll-out HRS strategic customers in multiple markets from project initiation to project closure
  • Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders across different countries
  • Manage projects based on industry-disrupting technology innovations with the solid industry knowledge and experience
  • Create recommendations for internal and external top management decisions
  • Coach HRS account managers and functional leaders on project management techniques
  • designing the process for rolling out large and complex customers in the shortest period
  • Steer and drive professionalization of HRS customer roll-outs

 

For this exciting mission you are equipped with…

  • A top university graduate, preferably with a degree in business administration
  • A professional with at least 3-5 years’ experience in a leading management consultancy or renowned business enterprise (knowledge in the B2B management is preferable)
  • Track record of leading transformation programs and multiple projects in tandem from scoping to successful execution
  • Skilled in leading and collaborating with interdisciplinary and international teams
  • Passionate about strategic thinking and working in a results-oriented environment
  • Being used to work with tight deadlines, managing customer expectations as well as internal resources
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, spoken and writte
