We are looking for a Shanghai-based Office Administrator, China who take care of daily office administration tasks, and support any ad-hoc requests。

Your challenges

  • Welcome guests and provide professional, polite and timely reception service
  • Handle switchboard, receive and transfer phone calls and transmit messages efficiently and precisely
  • Sort out and distribute incoming mails, faxes, and newspapers as well as handle office mails, express, DHL, EMS and etc.
  • Be responsible for conference room booking to ensure all meeting rooms being used in line with booking procedure
  • Manage office facilities, suppliers, and be the major contact person with property management company as well as procurement
  • Preferable experiences in office decoration, relocation, and etc.
  • Preferable experiences in operational support for leadership travel, client visit, and related coordination tasks.


Your commitment
•    Several years of working experience in multinational company as administrative staff or secretary
•    Strong sense of quality and pay attention to details.
•    Agreeable character, excellent communication, and coordination ability and strong service awareness
•    Excellent command of both English and Chinese in written and oral.
•    Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
•    Effective time management and strong multi-tasks ability
