Job Summary

We are looking for a Sydney based (HR) Business Partner Australia (m/f/d) to truly partner with our business unit teams, bring it to the next performance level as well as engage and further develop our colleagues.

Your challenge

  • Work proactively together with our business unit leadership team with a global team in all aspects of Human Resources
  • Enhance the fact and KPI driven exchange with the business unit to identify areas for improvement
  • Review and further develop structures to establish a leading people organization and drive business performance
  • Lead and manage potential conflict cases and labor law related actions 
  • Facilitate a good and result driven cooperation with the German works council
  • Closely cooperate with all other People Solution functions to ensure state of the art HR standards and services as well as an enabling employee experience

For this exciting mission you are equipped with…

  • A university degree
  • Multiple years (>3 ys) of working experience as HR generalist with a strong tech and business focus
  • Familiarity with dynamic tech solution/eCommerce work environments and agile methods
  • Ability to deeply engage with our colleagues of all levels
  • Strong competence in moderation of critical dialogues
  • Excellent knowledge in German labor law
  • Focus on fast and flawless execution 
  • A structured, independent and goal oriented working style
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written
